Legal terms
Last updated: Friday 1st August
Welcome to our platform dedicated to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and non-discrimination in nightlife venues in Brussels. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, submitting reports, making donations, or contacting us.
1. Project Status
This initiative is currently in its early development phase and is operated by the project founders personally.
No formal legal entity (such as an association or company) is yet registered.
Communications, fundraising, and management activities are currently conducted in a preparatory capacity under the founders’ names.
2. Use of the Platform
Users may use the site to submit reports about discrimination, harassment, violence, refusal of entry, or any non-inclusive practices observed in nightlife venues in Brussels.
All information submitted should be truthful, accurate, and respectful of others’ rights and privacy. False or defamatory allegations are prohibited.
The platform encourages inclusivity, and users must not use it for discriminatory or abusive purposes.
3. Donations and Support
Donations are currently accepted personally by the project founder to support the development of the platform and related activities.
Donations made at this stage are non-tax deductible and do not provide any tax advantage to donors.
All donations are transparently recorded and will be transferred to the future official legal entity once it is registered.
The project does not offer reimbursement or redirection of donations if it does not proceed to formal establishment or operational launch.
Donors acknowledge that donations are voluntary contributions supporting an early-stage initiative and understand the absence of refund guarantees.
4. Data Protection and Privacy
We comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data collected through the platform, contact forms, or donation forms is used only to respond to your inquiries, process reports, manage donations, or improve our services.
Reports submitted may be anonymized before any public use (such as research summaries or awareness reports).
We commit to never sharing your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, logos, images, code, and software, is the intellectual property of the project founder or licensed to the project unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform and all its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The project founder shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
The platform does not replace professional advice or legal proceedings. Users are encouraged to seek appropriate support or authorities where necessary.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
